We previously thought that people were being charged for language packs after updating Flashcards for iPad. This appeared to be the case because the charged amount still displays on the in-app purchase (even if you’ve already purchased the language packs).

In actuality, users only need to install the language pack again (by tapping on the purchase button) and they won’t be charged a second time – iTunes will remember that you’ve purchased the add-on previously and it will be unlocked and usable as soon as you enter your iTunes details.

Not ideal, and we are working on a better solution but at least our customers aren’t losing their in-app purchases or being charged twice!
